30 Day Returns 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. All jewelry is created with care by hand. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of them for exchange or refund. The jewelry must be in original and unused condition as you received.

***Please note if a package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Lord of Gem Rings. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Please return your item to Toronto or Boston office, NOT to China. International returns require signature upon delivery. Returns within U.S. should be fully insured to protect your purchase, and signature confirmation ensures your package get to our hands. Contact us for returns address and we will email your detailed return instructions. To ensure a quick refund we ask that you please follow return instruction provided by us, failure to do so can lead to delay of refund.

How To Start A Return 

1. Obtain the Return Shipping Instruction: Contact us via email to obtain a return shipping instruction. 

2. Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, please include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip. If you have lost the original packing slip, write a note with your order# and put inside the return shipping box. For security reasons, do not write jewelry or other related words anywhere on the package. 

3. Shipment and Insurance: Make sure your jewelry is repackaged in a secure packaging. Enclose your original package into another box (Amazon box would do). If you do not have the original packaging, please include the jewelry box inside a USPS priority flat rate small box and seal it. For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required upon delivery, and NO SATURDAY DELIVERY. RingBea is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

4. Inform us your tracking number once you have one.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team at return center, your refund will be promptly processed. Please allow up to 5 business days to process from the date that we have received your return. Refunds will be processed through the payment method you used to originally purchase the item

If you decide to exchange, price difference will be calculated and new invoice may be billed.

Refunds Exceptions:

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • $50 labor fee is non-refundable for CAD fee, or if the custom order is canceled when the order is already in process, or the item is returned.
  • All monogrammed items, custom semi mount rings and special orders (ring size under 3 and 9 above): May be returned and refunded with 50% restocking fee deducted. Please note these items are made to your specific style and not resellable to others.
  • Semi mount rings are not returnable if the measurements of stone provided by clients are inaccurate.
  • Blank mount rings (unset mounting) is not returnable.
  • All items altered without authorization of RingBea (including resizing, repair, setting a stone etc.) by other parties are not returnable.

For qualified items, we provide 100% refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery for the original item, and 70% refund between 30 days and 60 days. We will mail you loose stones (<=1mm diameter) in the event your accent stones fell out within a year and you can have it fixed locally by your jeweler.
